At FIA WORLDWIDE Entertainment Agency (FWW) we see each talent as an individual. Everyone is at a different place in their journey. Therefore, everyone has different needs. There is no universal path for success. Regardless of your needs, we offer opportunity for your growth.   

 

Many people wanting to break in to the industry or wanting to progress further in their career are under the misconception the first thing they need to do is find an agent.  Actually, most agents won't "put their name " on someone who is green or doesn't represent their company's brand well.  We (agents) work hard to establish relationships with our clients and only want to send them quality talent.  A better choice for you could be talent management rather than agency representation only.  

 

As your agent, we help book you gigs. The primary relationship is with the client. The goal is getting work. We have booked hundreds of gigs in NWA and have put literally thousands in front of the camera, on the runway, and more.

 

As your management company our primary relationship is with our talent. Ultimately, we work with you as a whole, developing you into a more marketable brand. We also perform the duties of an agent and may become your "agent/manager".  We do help you book jobs; but not just any job. We may be more selective in the work you do as we are building a brand to market you on a higher level always keeping an eye on the end game. 

 

Other ways we help can you become a stronger brand include:

* career counseling and mentoring 

* developing the proper tools such as actors' reels, singers' demos,     or modeling portfolios based on your career aspirations

* helping you maneuver the industry, call backs,  auditions, etc

* market relevant training

* building relationships with larger agencies who will book you for     larger job

* placement in larger markets

* and more.

Local Representation - I am already a polished talent and just want to book local jobs.

 

Local Development - I would like to work local markets only and would like help developing my skills and tools.

 

National Placement & Development - I am interested in working in national markets and would  like to work on getting my brand , tools, etc ready to present to national agents. I am also interesting booking jobs and begin building relationships with national agents. 

 

Local Database Only - I have no interest in agency representation or management. I just want to be added to the local database.

 

Acting and Modeling Classes Only - I would like to just take classes.
